The Muthoot Group has announced the rebranding of their travel division to TravelJango. The travel inventory management division was formerly known as Muthoot Travelsmart. TravelJango provides a host of key travel services including air tickets, visa, travel package, travel insurance, hotel booking, bus tickets among others.
The services are available through the wide network of 4,300 branches across India. TravelJango is an IATA approved travel agency with exclusive airline quota through tie-ups with major national and international airlines.

The Travel Desk at Muthoot Finance branches will offer the travel services options and deals and are expected to complete the bookings with a short turn-around time.
The company’s release also stated that a dedicated call centre and toll free number will also be available for support for any of the services. A dedicated Call centre-with toll free numbers and state-of-art-the-art call centre is one point contact for branches for any assistance. The call centre provides travel advisories, answers queries, and assists with bookings on TravelJango.com. It also helps in training new or existing staff and also offers post booking services like cancellation and change of travel dates.
TravelJango’s India-wide branch network offers travel services to customers in urban, semi-urban and rural parts of India.
