Pune-based IT services firm Aashna Cloudtech to expand business in Middle East

Pune based IT services Company, Aashna Cloudtech has announced plans to expand its presence in the fast-growing Middle East region at the recent IDC CIO Summit held in Dubai.

The summit, which was attended by foremost IT leaders, corporate strategists and senior business executives in the region, offers expert guidance in areas like IT strategy and innovation, vendor and sourcing management, infrastructure and cloud services.

As more companies look at consuming multiple cloud services, Aashna's cloud aggregation model provides a flexible and open platform to integrate a variety of compelling cloud services quickly and cost effectively. Delivered on a SaaS platform, it enables enterprises to take advantage of the latest technologies, efficiencies and innovations, while saving on the burden of maintenance and hosting.

According to Gartner, this year will see at least 20 per cent of all cloud services being consumed through these brokerages.

Biswas Nair, MD, Aashna Cloudtech, said, "IT leaders are looking for better ways to deal with the complexities of multiple service providers. Our Cloud Brokerage approach allows effective aggregation of multiple cloud services, integrating them with in-house apps, supporting and customizing them for proper usage within the organization. The demand for cloud services is expanding across the globe and the Middle East market in particular offers tremendous opportunities."

Aashna has been striving to serve as a single point of contact for enterprises looking at moving on to a cloud-based infrastructure across the globe. Aashna has multiple offices in India, Dubai, US and Canada and is well positioned to serve its customers in the Middle East.  The company further stated that it would be targeting key industry verticals like IT/ITeS, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing.

By partnering at such events focused on the IT needs of IT and business leaders, Aashna wants to reach out to enterprises in the region and looks to be perceived as a true partner in IT innovation.

"Designed with the needs of IT leaders, enterprise architects, and line-of-business heads in mind, our IT Executive Programs comprise a unique family of bespoke research and advisory options and offer unprecedented peer group access to IDC's exclusive Technology Advisory Council," said, Jyoti Lalchandani, VP and MD, IDC META.

This year's IDC CIO Summit was focused on the theme 'IT Meets Business' with multiple sessions focused on areas like cloud, big data and analytics, mobility, IT security, and customer experience. "The event has long attracted the region's topmost companies and business leaders from across diverse corporate functions including marketing, finance, accounting, operations, and HR," said the press statement.
