In a pleasant revealation, it has been found that the earlier deadline of July 1st given to medicine exporters for affixing of barcodes is likely to be extended by 1 year more.
While barcoding on primary packs which involves application of expensive 2D technology, may get a year's extension, deadlines for affixing barcodes on bigger packs could be shorter.
