Pune-based Nihilent Technologies, a consulting and solutions integration company, has acquired US-based GNet Group LLC for an undisclosed amount, as per a Business Line report.

"We are excited about the opportunities that this acquisition brings to both Nihilent and GNet Group’s customers. It is a result of GNet Group’s expertise in the business intelligence and analytic space,” said LC Singh, Vice-Chairman and CEO, Nihilent.
Nihilent Technologies provide services like software application development, technology re-engineering, enterprise application integration, customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning, data warehousing and business intelligence. The firm employs 500 people and its operations span North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
