LAVA recognized among Top 100 \'Most Exciting Brands 2014\' by Brand Equity

LAVA, one of the fastest growing companies in the mobile handset industry, has been recognized among the Top 100 “Most Exciting Brands 2014” by Brand Equity in the “Brand Equity's Most Exciting Brands” Survey.

Brand Equity's Most Exciting Brands is a recently launched (2013) annual research property from Brand Equity and Nielsen. It speaks directly to the youth to discover the brands that capture the imagination of this aspirational segment of consumers. The survey and its methodology is improved and expanded every year, to better represent the set of brands relevant to young India and to capture those that stand out as the buzziest, trendiest and most exciting.

The survey was carried out among youth in the 15-24 age group, from SEC A. The study was conducted in seven cities - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. The sample per city was 156, with a total design sample of 1092. Interviews were conducted at Graduate and Post-Graduate colleges in each city. The study construct was based upon the ET Most Trusted Brands Survey.
