India ranks second with 133 points, next only to United Arab Emirates (UAE) with 134 points on the global trade confidence level index. Vietnam, with 132 points and Brazil with 129, are third and fourth respectively. France, with 95 points, was 17th and last in the index, with a very low confidence level.
The survey had found that some markets, including Asia Pacific region, Latin America, Canada and Europe were in the positive territory after the financial crisis. A total of 5,120 small and medium exporters globally participated in the survey.
