The outline of the proposed ‘BDS Voucher Scheme’ scheme has been carried by the India MSME Report 2013. The Report, seventeenth in the series, was formally released by Mr. Madhav Lal, Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Government of India at Mumbai .
The programme was organised under the banner of the ISED Small Enterprises Observatory (ISED- SEO) a specialised knowledge platform of the Institute, with ISED, the World Trade Centre, and the All-India Association of Industries(AIAI) as the co-hosts.
The purpose of the India MSME Report series is to put forward a scholarly view of the state of MSME in India on a continuous basis.Under its prestigious ‘India MSME Communication Programme’ (IMCP), the Cochin- based Institute of Small Enterprises and Development (ISED) has come out with the ‘India MSME Report 2013’.
The focal theme of the ISED Report this year is the ‘Health status of MSMEs’ in the country. The event at Mumbai will be followed by deliberations on the Report at twenty leading centres of the country, later this year under the ‘India MSME Darshan’ Round of the IMCP.
