The winners of the first pitch will directly make it to the semifinals of Eureka! 2013, the annual international business plan competition of IIT Bombay. Over 60 students have already registered for the project. There will be two team building exercises in which students will pitch their ideas before others.
The successful entries will also get a chance to get into International Venture Day (an initiative of IE Business School, Spain) to be held in September in Mumbai.
The project is backed by IIT Bombay’s Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE), which administers a business incubator and provides support for technology-based entrepreneurship.
