Dhanalakshmi Bank has tied-up with the rating agency Crisil to rate its over 500 small and medium enterprise (SME) customers.
. The measure will enhance the lending process of the bank by helping it in the internal rating of it customers. The Crisil SSI/SME rating is widely acknowledged by the industry and is also accepted by most regulatory authorities.
