Arkin Net, Pune and Silicon Valley based innovator in data centre software has raised $15 million Series B investment from Nexus Venture Partners, key strategic investors and industry veterans including B.V. Jagadeesh (formerly CEO at NetScaler).
Arkin also announced the availability of their Platform and Cloud Service that brings unprecedented visibility and converged operations to software-defined data centers (SDDC). With a radically simple Google Search-like experience, Arkin Platform enables organizations to search, analyze, share and collaborate across virtual and physical layers of their infrastructure. The platform can be deployed on-premise or consumed as a service in the Arkin cloud (SaaS).
The Arkin advisory board consists of industry luminaries including Alan Cohen (CCO at Illumio and formerly VP Marketing at Nicira), Dheeraj Pandey (Founder and CEO, Nutanix) and Denis Murphy (VP Sales, Nimble Storage).
