Tell us about your company.

IBT Institute Private Limited is a premier institute incorporated in 2008 with its presence pan-India and working in the field of preparation of competitive examinations of varying kinds like banking PO/Clerk, the SSC, the RBI, Railways, Insurance, the CMAT and the FCI. The institute has given excellent results particularly in all banking and other competitive exams.

Tell us about the services and products that you offer? 

IBT is an ISO 9001:2008 institute with 20+ branches all over India. We are in the sixth year and have got 6100+ selections in different banks and government sector. We have centralised trained faculty that offers quality delivery to students. We offer up-to-date course material at minimum cost. Also, we have a centralised ERP login for centre management.

What all training and support do you offer to the franchisees?

IBT organises induction programmes for new business partners and their staff. It undertakes faculty and counselor training and certification. It hosts sales and marketing training periodically and conducts ongoing training on new products. As far as systems support is considered, IBT offers a special ERP system for maintaining student records and managing centre operations. As a part of marketing and advertising support for region specific advertising the brand provides aid to business partners, which is subject to minimal charge. The company offers new business partners an initial start-up kit containing product brochures and promotional material.
