Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd. (FLIP) was born out of the need for high quality, scalable training in the Banking & Financial Services space – for all levels of expertise. We started work, in April 2009, with the two promoters working full time and one employee! We are now at strength of 32 completely involved and committed professionals.
We launched with our initial suite of courses in December 2009. Less than three months later, we were top four in the 2010 Global Giveback e-learning contest.
