We have Subscription , Commission and Hybrid models. We also have a section in the Application and Website where Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers can advertise their packages and marketing initiatives to the users at large.
The primary responsibility of the franchisee would be to have the Client Acquisition/Sales team (to empanel medical institutes, doctors, ambulances, blood banks and pharmacies) on their pay roll and ensure they are able to cover the market . The total revenue generated by the franchisee will be shared between the Franchisee and the Company in mutually-agreed terms.
The primary expenditure in any E Commerce business after stabilizing the tech front is on account of Marketing and Branding. Qyura has partnered with J. Walter Thompson for Marketing and Branding and will bear the total expenditure on this account. Qyura will also bear all expenses for Operations and Technological upgradation. Franchisee will be assisted in training and mentoring of the sales team, sharing SOPs, sales-process maintenance, HR assistance, Recruitment, Complete back-end support.
