Nishab Sales works as an online sales counter for the Manufacturer/Wholesaler/Retailer (Keeper) without deploying extra time, resources & technological understanding for online operations.
What Exactly We Do
Stock Maintenance -We keep Minimum Stock keeping Unit (MSU) of Keeper’s product in our warehouse. MSU will be decided mutually according to the product’s value & dimension. Nishab Sales does not charge any warehouse rent for Keeper’s products. Any product damage/ brokerage in the warehouse stock will be borne by Nishab Sales. The Keeper will have to bear the transportation & labour cost till Nishab Sales Warehouse.
Marketplace Listing - Keeper’s product available in Nishab Sales stock will be listed through batch making on Flipkart. Product shoot for marketplace listing will be handled by Nishab Sales. Product shoot is free for all the categories other than Clothing. Brand Name & MRP details will be taken in written from the Keeper.
The Keeper will be held responsible for any MRP & Brand related conflict. For brand registration, Keeper will have to produce “Brand Authorization Letter” for Micro Additives (Registered name) which allows us online operations for the particular brand. Nishab Sales suggests Keeper time-to-time update their prices according to competitor’s rates. The Keeper will be the final authority to increase or decrease prices when needed.
Order Processing - Whenever an Order will be received, Nishab Sales will pack the particular order & will dispatch it by its own. No prior permission would be taken from Keeper to process the order. The Keeper will be informed about the processed order & their status in weekly as well as monthly reports. If there is alarming low stock in the warehouse for a particular model, Nishab Sales will intimate Keeper well in time to back up for not letting it go ‘Out of Stock’. Before packaging, there would be quality check & functioning check of the particular order. If any manufacturing defect is found, Keeper will be informed and that piece would be sent back to the Keeper.
Returns Management - Nishab Sales takes care of all the returns related analytics and keeps an eye to minimizing them at their end. We suggest Keeper on behalf of Customer & Marketplace’s feedback about the product. If a return takes place due to Courier Company’s delay or a Customer canceled it before delivery, in that case only Packaging cost would be charged. Although, if a Customer returns a product after delivery due to quality or any other issue, Nishab Sales charges as well as Marketplace charges would be borne by the Keeper.
Marketing & Advertising - On the basis of Keeper’s performance in monthly reports Nishab Sales team evaluates the reasons of dissatisfactory performance & advice the Keeper to improvise product feature, quality, variety, look-n-feel or any other real time obstacles as well. All-Time-Hit products would be highlighted from their catalog to focus more on selected models. Nishab Sales will also suggest Keeper for Marketplace Advertising, Social Media Advertising & Search Engine Optimization as and when needed. Once Keeper provides written agreement for any sort of Advertising then only Nishab Sales will start advertising for the individual Keeper. Advertising expenses shall be paid extra and there would be no connection with order processing.
Commissioning & Payments - Commissioning & charges would only be applicable on order processing. There are absolutely no charges until Keeper receives an order. Nishab Sales charges INR 20/- per order as fixed fee and Packaging cost (which is generally INR 20 to 30 per order) according to the product’s dimension & fragility. Flipkart charges their commission on percentage basis according to the product category which is subject to change from time-to-time. They charge Delivery Charges according to the product weight.
FPA:Final Product Amount is the amount which Keeper receives in their Bank Account after paying Marketplace Commission, Delivery Charges, Nishab sales Commission (Including Packaging Charges) & Service Tax.
To understand Commissioning better take below example:
A Wrist Watch which is being sold at INR 1000 on Flipkart:
- Selling Price: 1000
- Flipkart’s Commission: 130 (13% on Watches Category)
- Flipkart’s Fixed Fee: 10 (On selling price above 499)
- Delivery Charges: 70 (Till 500 grams; +30 on every additional 500 grams)
- Nishab Sales Commission: 20 (Fixed Charge)
- Packaging Cost: 20 (On product’s size & fragility)
- Service Tax: 35 (14% of Total Charges)
- FPA [Final Product Amount]: 1000 – 285 = 715
In the above case 715/- will be transferred to the Keeper’s Registered Account.
Nishab sales will send all the order and charges related details to the keeper in their monthly report. The Keeper will be paid FPA (Final Product Amount) on 11th working day from the order date, in their Registered Bank Account through Nishab Sales.
