Vaishali Foods is a renowned brand owned by Maharashtra Foods. As the name suggests, we deal in speciality cuisine of the state of Maharashtra. Just like people from South India came to the north and made the dosa and idli famous here, similarly, we have made Marathi cuisine famous in Delhi and NCR.
At present, we are looking at expanding our business with the help of people who share an equal passion for food and want to sell something other than chole bhature to the foodies of Delhi and NCR. The brand has established itself amongst the clients by serving foodies at Dilli Haat or at Ambience mall Gurgaon and at Mahagun Mall Ghaziabad, for the past so many years.
Some of our items on the menu include famous dishes like bhel puri and vada pav, but believe me it’s more fun to sell items like Thalipith and Zhunka bhakri which are lesser known items but very delicious, filling and healthy.
We also participate in the International Trade Fair held at Pragati Maidan every year and last year we grabbed the first prize (award) for the 'Most authentic Cuisine".
