Now we have come forward with a solution. It is following the principle prescribed by Hippocrates, "Let food be your medicine".  Since it was showing very good results, we have branded it with our family name EAPEN. It is now known as Meeisatcode EAPEN G-food. It is an Instant meal, made of wheat and dehydrated vegetables. It can be prepared as a porridge with little salt and consumed along with milk.Diabetic patients can have it with moderate sugar.Milk and sugar is only an option and it is not essential.

Our experience have shown that diabetic patients can take free sugar or sweets in moderation if they take the porridege with it. Thus one may take rice or other food in moderation and take the porridge after meals as a desert. This way one can bring the blood sugar under control. If you are taking the medicines continue the medication with this diet in the begining. Wen your blood sugar comes under control, you may have to reduce the medicne under a doctor's supervison.
