Our company is into Queue Management Solutions which has a unique and copyrighted product. “Queueoff” is our unique Doctor Appointment Booking tool. This service enables quick and efficient method in fixing appointment with Doctor. Using this, patients can take appointments of his favourite doctor via SMS, Mobile APP, Phone / Web.

As the name states Queue off is a powerful tool designed to eliminate queues wherever it is applicable. When we think broadly, we feel that in some areas of our day to day life, a queue can be sometimes eliminated by a simple booking process. But in some other cases it needs a payment solution to complete the process. Hence in its full sense Queue off has a dual aspect of working as a booking tool and a payment solution at the same time. We are now launching the primary aspect, the booking tool.

• The SMS format is DOC < > DR Unique Code < > Day < > M/N < > OP Ticket No.
• Queueoff APP format is DOC<>Dr Unique Code<>Date<>M/N<>op Ticket/Name.
• Queueoff APP has the option to search and find their favorite Doctors/Hospital.
• On an unforeseen situation, Hospital/Doctor can reschedule/Cancel the booked appointments in one click to another date and an SMS will be send to all patients regarding the change. (Precious one day can be saved with proper information)
• Each patients need to have a unique op ticket number
• The doctors in a hospital are given UNIQE ids. That means if there are two pediatricians, the codes will be like p001 and p002. If that doctors go on transfer, then the coming doctors will be assigned with this unique ids.
• Clinics are a major place for Queueoff. Doctor/Nurse needs only a Smartphone to get patients daily details.
• Confirmation sms on booking and reminder a on the booked date will be send.
• On an unforeseen situation, Hospital/Doctor can reschedule/Cancel the booked appointments in one click to another date and an SMS will be send to all patients regarding the change. (Precious one day can be saved with proper information)
• Hospital to decide on “Time token or priority token” to be issued to patients.
• Option of limiting online tokens (Say 50 nos) for a doctor for the first few months, so that the walk-in patients are not deprived of their appointments.
• Regular Doctor booking charge INR 5.
• The booking charge is debited to the mobile phone of the patient.
• No Debit/Credit cards or internet banking is required for booking.

 If the mobile is a prepaid, the amount is deducted from the talk time and if it is post paid, the amount is added to the next bill
