Easyecowash daily car wash business is set to be a game changer with bringing everyday professional car cleaning to households and thus bring all now opportunities in at home car care and service. The strong customer base would be built using the daily car wash service and then cross selling of services like dent removal and scratch removal would be sold.
The service uses waterless technology to clean cars, this product has a simple “spray & wipe” mechanism. The people who would do the cleaning are contracted out to a manpower agency with the company focusing on customer acquisition and operations. The solution to clean the cars is distributed every morning and later collected by the supervisor to facilitate cleaning of cloth and preparation for next day. The users avail the service as a prepaid service, by registering on helpline. A research team then collected relevant feasibility report of the building after which rigorous campaign is done to cover the minimum of 15 cars that allow us to start the service.
The average profitability is 26% per customers with the profitability ranging from 13% to 39% across variants, the project is expected to reach breakeven within 4 months of inception with a payback period of 9 months. We intend to snatch the customers using the “better option for your car” proposition and pitching the “water savings” to society management.
After having stabilized in 9 months we are looking to have a top line of 1,56,000 growing at 20% M-o- M. with a bottom line of about 20% which is set to increase at 2% every month with effect of large volumes. We also would be in a position to enter the dent and scratch service that would push the bottom line forward and is a high profitability business, effects of this have not been factored into this report.
The service has elevated social impact with a 20% upliftment in income levels for the people who currently have no fixed income or are daily wage labor. There would also be a saving of close to Rs. 20,00,000 in tax payers money and 1,35,000 litres of clean water a huge social impact in such a small duration
