Dhruv has been guided and trained under the L’Oreal International Hair Academy. On completion of his course he realised that he had a passion for teaching and thus became an educator at the academy and now is the artistic director of Drama Salon. His job profile along with salon experience is to educate Drama team on latest trends and skills.
Today he is part of the “L’Oreal Dream Team”, the top 5 hairdressers of India.


SANNDHYA CHANDRA – Art Director
Her passion for beauty and fashion got her interested in learning make-up & Skin. In 1985 she went to UK and got herself enrolled into beauty therapy, electrology, laser therapy with [ITEC Diploma] UK. She was eager to put her knowledge to use & started her career with a very humble salon at home, offering advance skin care treatments and electrology in 1986. Seeing her expertise L’Oreal approached her to start a collaboration salon. She also received training at SAKS (UK) for latest haircuts & Color Techniques. At the L'Oreal International Academy she trained under great artists like Guy Kremer, Julie Eldrett, Mark Creed etc. Today she educates salons all over India in consultations, customer care skills & retail on behalf of L'Oreal.
