Known for its elegance, Casa Pop (The franchisor) would ensure uniformity across each of the franchised outlets through a well devised franchisor support program based on the following parameters:
- Set up: The franchisor would assist the franchisee in deciding the best location for the growth of the business and also support in the designing and layout of the franchised outlet.
- Recruitment & Training: The franchisor will assist the franchisee in the recruitment and training of the store staff to ensure implementation of best practices in the franchised store.
- Inventories: The franchisor would be exclusively responsible for the replenishment of the inventories at the franchised store.
- Marketing: To save franchisees from costs of experimenting, the franchisor will share its experience & knowledge on how to market and communicate the proposition. The franchisee would be responsible for local level marketing of Casa Pop under supervision of the franchisor
- Operations Manual: The franchisor would provide an Operations Manual containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules for running the franchise operations smoothly.
- Advertising & Promotions: The franchisor will organize events specific to marketing/ branding for Casa Pop at the national level. The advertising and promotion at the local level will be done by the franchisee under the guidance of franchisor subject to prior approval.
