Infrastructure

You should own/ lease an appropriately large space typically, over 800 -1000 sq. ft to start the new centre. A central location, easily accessible by students, is preferred. The furniture, PCs & related items are to be set up by the business partner.

Marketing

The business partner invests in promoting & marketing the centre & its courses in the city/ area near the centre. This includes advertising in various media, conducting local ground events or promotions and so on.

The Business Model

Overview

Under this Business Model, CMS helps entrepreneurs build up a sound, high quality educational venture through grant of franchise rights to offer our brand of courses per norms laid down from time to time.

The objective of our relationship is to have win-win situation, which enables proliferation of both our brand offerings with the local initiative and acumen of our business partner for mutual benefit.

In setting up a centre, our business partner makes necessary investments, and delivers our courses under the CMS brand name with our continued support.

The duration of the franchise agreement is 3 years, at the end of which further renewal is possible on payment of renewal fee.

Delivery Format:

The most common mode of delivery is part time where the student comes to the education centre Six days a week for 2 hours.  The centre remains open from 7 am to 9 pm and is divided into 8 slots of two hours each.
