Road to a successful franchise

The concept of franchising is based on the relationship of two business entities, the franchisor and franchisee. The franchisor offers products/ service/ process to the franchisee to do the business and by owning a franchise of a certain brand name, the franchisee gets to avail many advantages. Most importantly, the franchisee gets to operate a business on a tried and tested method.

Slice of Italy started franchising in January, 2009 and in a short span of just one year, six franchisees have joined the family. For Slice of Italy, franchising is not just a business to collect franchise consulting fees, but a passion for success and growth is what has brought us into franchising.

We never try to sell our franchise but we look ahead for a business partner to be associated with us. That is why our parameters for finalising a franchisee consist of multi-level processes. We analyse our franchisees on the basis of educational background, financial capability and family ethics. Another important parameter which we consider is the franchisee’s passion for food and success. At the same time, the franchisee should also need to choose the right franchisor.

At Slice of Italy, we have a strong management team to help the franchisee search for the suitable location. We provide support to negotiate a lease if asked by the franchisee. Also, our store development team guides the franchisee with designing, permitting, bidding and constructing till its grand opening. Our training and support is thorough and complete. Our qualified and fully integrated team organise the operational activities. The team is a dedicated concoction of chefs, stewards, food layout designers, managers and a host of other specialists, who do not leave a single stone unturned to satisfy the customers.
