It is one of the most prominent families of Bikaner which has inherited a vast treasure of recipes of traditional Indian Sweets, Namkeens and Spices developed and perfected by their forefathers. They took their traditional recipes and food culture from Rajasthan to the capital City of Delhi in 1950 when the family started manufacturing Indian Sweets of several varieties and opened a shop in the historic market of Chandni Chowk under the name of Bikanervala.
